The SE „Posta Moldovei” has extended its territorial network with a new Post office, the 55th, located in Botanica District of capital city, on 8\5, Tudor Strisca Street.

The Deputy Minister of Information Technology and Communications Vitalie Ciolac attended the inauguration and specified that the opening of the new Post offices proves the fact that the enterprise is continuously modernizing. The Deputy Minister also stressed the importance of the enterprise "Posta Moldovei" and its ability to get involved in new profitable projects for the development of services and rising them to an advanced level.

The Director General of the SE „Posta Moldovei", Serghei Nastas said that the SE „Posta Moldovei” is continuously growing and the Enlargement Strategy adopted for 2016 has enabled the institution both to modernize the Post offices and increase their number.

 “The enterprise’ customers are those for whom the services are designed and modernized, so that to be closer to our beneficiaries. The new postal representation will ensure the postal services accessibility and continuity”, the Director of the enterprise said.

Serghei Nastas underlined that the staff development is important for the SE „Posta Moldovei”, thus for the next years, salary increases and investments in increasing the level of customer service are planned.

Within the new Office the customers will be able to benefit from well known services including the payment of pensions, subsidies and allowances, money transfers, retail trade, receiving payments from the population for various services. The reception, processing and delivery of domestic and international postal items will also be carried out. The Office serves both individuals and legal entities.

The Postal Office MD 2048 is the 55th office opened in Chisinau municipality. 130 thousand lei were allocated for its creation.
